2. Service Description

Memorable Revels™ is an online platform that connects customers with event planning services in Orange County, Florida. We provide a directory of venues, caterers, decoration rentals, entertainment, and photography/videography services.

Our platform offers both free browsing and premium subscription services that provide enhanced features and benefits.

3. User Accounts and Subscriptions

3.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Subscription Services

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable

5. Vendor Relationships

Memorable Revels™ acts as a platform connecting customers with independent service providers. We are not a party to any agreements between customers and vendors. All transactions, agreements, and disputes are solely between customers and vendors.

We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of vendor services. We recommend that customers verify vendor credentials and obtain appropriate contracts before engaging services.

6. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.

Subscription fees are charged automatically on your billing date. Failed payments may result in suspension of service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Memorable Revels™ and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memorable Revels™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

10. Changes to Terms
